Awe sad to see it's closing ! My cat puzzle will miss it! They always treated my kitty with vaccinations and health checks!

Im gonna miss Bolton Animal Hospital. Although staff havent been the friendliest in the past I still considered this place exceptional and kept bringing my 4 legged friends to get their shots and wellness exams here.

I've been taking my small dog here for almost his entire life ~10 years. Staff has always been nice and the vets and techs are very compassionate, helpful, and assuring. Unfortunately, they told me they are closing down in May!

This place has been going downhill for years. Only because of location and convenience sake, we had been taking our aging K9 for needed meds. They never hesitated to charge close to $300 every 3 or 4 weeks to refill his prescriptions, but when he suddenly became very I’ll and it was time for euthanasia, they actually told us our options were “dropping him off while they did it”. NOT going to happen, or “wait a couple weeks for an appointment.” HUH? No customer loyalty and not much professional etiquette when it really counted. And even worse, they didn’t even seem to care. Be cautious with your four legged loved ones here.
